Delivery Policy.
We aim to have all sales dispatched within 48 hours of purchase and notification will be provided by email. A few of the product ranges occasionally have a delivery of 3-5 days, and in these instances customers will be informed by e-mail of the delivery date. Magic Gadgetz use Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed next working day by 1pm, and CityLink next day service for the vast majority of orders. However, we reserve the right to ship by an alternative method if considered to be more efficient in any particular instance. On request, tracking information can be provided. Deliveries will only be made to the credit/debit card holders address – or confirmed Paypal address. For smaller items, UK Shipping is free, with a small charge being made for higher price/larger items.
Returns Policy.
Unless specifically identified, all products are covered under the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty. Should an item experience a fault in the first 28 days after sale, please contact MagicGadgetz technical support to discuss the problem. If a fault is confirmed, unit is to be returned to MagicGadgetz for testing/inspection. Please note: Products will only be accepted in a satisfactory condition, with all original packaging and complete with all accessories. A full refund or replacement product will be provided on confirmation of a faulty product that has not been subjected to misuse, tampering or modification. Should a customer wish to return a fully functional product, that has been removed from it's packaging, within the first 7 days after sale – this will be subjected to a 20% fee. If an item is returned with all factory seals in place, and all packaging in perfect condition, within 7 days of sale, a full refund, minus shipping costs will be provided. After this time goods can only be returned under the terms of the warranty. Please note: For security purposes, all product serial numbers are logged onto our database before shipment. 28 days after date of sale, warranty concerns then become the responsibility of the manufacturer. MagicGadgets will accept no returns after this time. Please ensure warranty cards are completed as soon as possible after sale and posted to the relevant address. The only exception to this is where installed car systems are deemed faulty due to errors in installation. We strongly recommend all units are fitted by a qualified installer. Magic Gadgetz can provide recommendations to nationwide installers for vehicle security and for Essex & the surrounding area for In Car Entertainment.
